I feel the only right thing to do in this case since the male police officer is continuing to make these comments is to file a sexual harassment charge against him.

In conclusion if I was the female police officer in this scenario, I would report him for sexual harassment. I feel the female police officer took all the proper steps to prevent it from happening but the male police officer in this scenario did not stop making comments when asked to and the FTO did not help.
