Target Market:
The target age for users of a day care service in Walmart is 18-30 and 50-65. These ages include both parents raising children and grandparent raising grandchildren. This service would be used by more females than males. Parents from every culture and ethnicity would use this service. If the day care service goes well, it can expand into other cities and states. The lifestyles of those the day care serves will be working parents or grandparents who are able to afford the service. These people are probably consumer shoppers who wish to avoid the child putting unwanted items in the cart. The customers value a stress-free shopping experience. They will also value knowing that their child(ren) is in great hands, learning, and safe. One of the most important features of this service is safety. The children will be observed the entire time they are in the hands of the care giver. Another feature is that the child will be learning no matter their age. They can learn from the toys, technology, and other children. The children will benefit from a happy, caring environment. Customer Analysis:
