Welcome to C209-Strategic Management This document provides links to all Instructor created resources, live event schedules, Instructor office hours, etc. We are constantly updating our resources and encourage you to keep checking this document as you progress through the course. This course focuses on models and practices of strategic management including developing and implementing both short- and long-term strategy and evaluating performance to achieve strategic goals and objectives. For this course, start with the end in mind. Begin outlining the tasks, starting with task one, with the goal to purposefully read the course material while you complete the various aspects of the task. The task instructions found under the “ASSESSMENTS” tab, as well as the task tips sheets (found below) are the best starting place to begin you engagement in the course materials. Please note: For both of these tasks, instructors welcome the opportunity to share tips on approaches, tools, and skills that can help you apply the content you are studying. Instructors are not able to co-author your work, check for grammatical errors, or pre-evaluate your assessments. Instructors are not evaluators and are not able to determine if your tasks will pass or not. When you have completed a task, please submit it for evaluation using the ‘Assessments’ section in your course of study.
