Explain the value of analyzing organizational behavior from the individual, group, and organizational perspective. What do you think is the benefit of understanding these three perspectives and their impact on organizational behavior overall? I agree that you need to understand these organizational behavior to get a good grasp of the behavior of the company. By identifying them you can really key in on the problems and what it would it take to fix them. I think it’s very beneficial to the boss and company when you can really put a focus on the behaviors and how your employees respond or work under certain conditions and circumstances. I think this also helps build a good working and exclusive culture , which would definitely be beneficial to everyone in the company.Very good insight and nicely written!
