The massive resignation significantly affected the global economy. Due to this, there are now labour shortages across numerous industries, and employers are having trouble filling open positions. Due to this, it is now more difficult for businesses to find and keep talented employees. Significant resignations also significantly alter how individuals view their jobs. Many employees left their employment during this period because they were dissatisfied with them. They were seeking for positions that would be more flexible and beneficial. It is still under progress, and it is unclear what the long-term effects of this will be. The epidemic has undoubtedly altered how individuals regard their jobs, and the many resignations will probably have a long-term effect on the world economy.
