W5 Discussion This week we learned about different types of feedback, which included employees receiving feedback from evaluations and companies gleaning knowledge from completed employee surveys. If I was approaching my current employer to ask for a raise I would say "I would like to talk to you about my salary."Based off of my evaluations, I have been improving my duties and skills since I started here and think that I should receive compensation based off of those improved evaluations. I have improved on not complaining about staying later or coming in earlier when asked, I have offered to take on tasks that others may not want to do, and I have learned new tasks that I was afraid to try. I have been taking contiuned education to improve my job duties. I have helped my patients get through difficult procedures by comforting them through each step of the procedure.
