Thesis:
In order to effectively support English language learners in the classroom, teachers must have a deep understanding of their needs and use appropriate strategies such as scaffolding instruction, incorporating multicultural literature, and encouraging peer interactions. These topics can help ELLs develop language proficiency, foster cultural understanding, and build
relationships with their peers.
