Law enforcement faces numerous challenges when dealing with
citizens and members of the community·
Due to a variety of factors³
they face numerous challenges when dealing with citizens and members
of the community· These factors include societal issues³ communication
barriers³ and opposing viewpoints· I believe that it is critical for law
enforcement to receive specialized training in order to deal with these
challenges and help escalate situations much faster· By training law
enforcement for specialized situations with certain community members³
they will build trust and help the community·
