1.) The statute that I came across and stood out most is the Nevada Revised Statute Chapter 613 - Employment Practices NRS 613.330 - Unlawful employment practices. Id.

NRS 613.330 - Unlawful employment practices states that Discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, national origin, or discussion of wages; interference with aid or appliance for disability; refusal to permit service animal at the place of employment; consideration of criminal history without
following the required procedure. NV Rev Stat § 613.330 (2022). It is an unlawful employment practice for an employer to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any person, or otherwise to discriminate against any person concerning the person’s compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of his or her race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, or national origin.
