1.) The statute that I came across and stood out most is the Nevada Revised Statute Chapter 613 - Employment Practices NRS 613.330 - Unlawful employment practices. Id. 2.) NRS 613.330 - Unlawful employment practices states that Discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, national origin, or discussion of wages; interference with aid or appliance for disability; refusal to permit service animal at the place of employment; consideration of criminal history without following the required procedure. NV Rev Stat § 613.330 (2022).
