Ending a tenancy due to breach of conditions You have a tenant in a strata unit who appears to have continually breached the conditions of the lease in that they have created noise nuisance and over the last week you have received several complaints from two other tenants in the block regarding this matter. The tenants are three months into a six-month lease. i.
Report on how you would notify the tenant of the breach of the lease, and the clause of the lease/legislation that the tenant has breached. ASSESSOR USE ONLY S NS ii.
