Executive Summary
An Executive Summary is required when Sections C thru G of the charter are excessively long. In two or three
paragraphs, provide a brief overview of this project and the contents of this document.
Nowadays, People can save and access their data using remote devices through the internet, all
because of the latest technologies like Cloud technologies. By using Microsoft cloud services, it
is possible to construct, operate, and handle applications that are cloud-based.
The advantages like data protection, reliability, flexibility, and cost-cutting will be achieved
while integrating a network infrastructure using cloud technology in Microsoft Cloud. We as
Techy-Cloud aim to provide the above features through our project. As a result, the company
will offer fast and secure services to the users. For a successful completion of this project, we
have some Assumptions which are listed below in this report.
After Completing this project, the company will get:
1)
Proper Management of Data.
2)

Cloud Integration requires a lot of preparation and team work as well as the participation of
various shareholders. Using agile methods will let us run the project smoothly and finally lead to
successful completion.

We will use Agile methods for integrating cloud technologies which will have a versatile and
aggressive approach. We already have built up a cross-functional team that includes various
shareholders and users who will work collaboratively on this. One more strategy of providing
feedback within the team will be implemented for making changes in the business according to
the needs of the users.
Agile's focus on teamwork, flexibility, and customer service will speed up
the adoption of cloud technologies and add more value to our company.
Customer satisfaction is
the main goal, thus adopting an agile model requires strong input from customers.
The Various advantages of integrating the Cloud into our business are:
1)
Proper management of data.
2)
Data protection.
3)
Reliability
4)
Fast and quick data transfer
5)
Cost cutting
6)
Remote access to data
7)
Lifetime availability
8)
Compact infrastructure.
2.
Scope
The Project Scope defines all of the products and services provided by a project, and identifies the limits of the
project. In other words, the Project Scope establishes the boundaries of a project. The Project Scope addresses the
who, what, where, when, and why of a project. Project Scope is an establishing stage where we decide what are we going to deliver in the
project, what will be the expected time to complete the project, and what will be the overall
expected budget to complete the project. With this, the team members can work with full
coordination as they have the full idea of each job.
The team at Techy-Cloud Inc. is working to integrate the cloud with its network infrastructure
for InsuraGuardia Company so that the data can be moved to the cloud. Once the project's goals
are approved, work may begin. Starting on December 08, 2023, and finishing on December 12,
2022, the team will have a four-day period to complete the assignments. The project manager has
full accountability for the project and must be kept abreast of all progress. The manager's consent
is required for every work, and he or she must be kept up to date on the project's progress at all
times. There was also help from the project's investors, team leaders, and team members.
Everyone concerned will take part in a 10-day training period to get up to speed on the newly
built systems.
You should be able to do the task in three days and spend between $50,000 and $70,000.
Constant maintenance and assistance are not factored into the previous budget. After the project
is finished, the top managers will undertake a series of tests to ensure the system's reliability
throughout deployment and scalability.

A hierarchical framework was employed to coordinate Techy-Cloud’s many projects. This will
prioritize both project-based and practical solutions to the issue at hand. Both the cloud
conversion task at hand and each member's specific position in the team will receive equal
attention. Decisions will be made by those higher up the organizational chart, such as the project
team leaders.
3.
Roles and Responsibilities
Describe, at a minimum, the Roles and Responsibilities of all stakeholders identified in the organizational diagram
above. Some stakeholders may exist whom are not part of the formal project team but have roles and
responsibilities related to the project. Include these stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities also.
Shareholders are those who know about or have an interest in your project. They are the people
whose time and effort are essential to the project's success or who will win or lose personally as
a result of its completion. The accompanying organizational diagram details the functions and
duties of all involved parties.
Top Management may include, but is not limited to, the president, vice presidents, directors, etc.
The Future Scope of the company will be managed by these people.
The team working on the task consists of all full- or part-time employees who have agreed to
work on the project. Since they have a full-time job alongside numerous other responsibilities,
they may find it difficult to meet deadlines.
Due to the nature of their jobs, project managers often need to borrow resources from their
peers. Therefore, their social networks are extremely important.
Those who manage projects in highly regulated sectors will frequently deal with
governmental bodies. Municipal, provincial, national, and global levels of governance, or any
combination thereof, may be included.
