Search the internet for presentation software options. Review their features and best practices. Select one of the following business goals for this discussion: selling a specific product adding personnel to your team introducing new software to your organization Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words: Based on achieving the goal, which presentation software should you use? What features will make your presentation effective for your audience? Like many of us in this class, I have only utilized PowerPoint as my go to for presentations. The reason for only using PowerPoint is due to only having access to it and only having limited knowledge on the presentation formats. However, as I was researching the various software options, I came across the 8 best presentation software options. I was floored when I read what each software offered and the top features it presented. If I were to use software to sell a specific product for my company, I believe that I would choose either the Zoho Show or Prezi. The Zoho Show is a cloud-based product that my team and I could use at the same time to collaborate in building the presentation we are trying to sell. One of the features this software has is that you can add videos to the presentation from Soundcloud or YouTube. I think that this would be very helpful in pushing your product to the audience. Seeing the product in action can go a long way with everyone. They currently offer over 100+ templates to choose from. The downside to this product is that you can only access the presentation from a computer device. My second option would be Prezi. This software has some of the same features as the previously mentioned software. Within the canvas, you can add blocks of images or text and even create mini slides. While presenting, users can fly around different sections of the canvas and zoom in to look at specific pieces of content in more detail. This product allows you to integrate other applications for easier sharing. All software has their limitations such as Prezi, many of the charts are not customizable.
