There are a few concerns that I have found regarding our operations such as improper
handling of personal information like multiple customers credit cards on a desk, Cybersecurity issues, like not changing the passwords on public computers, or the disposal of customers old electronics. Some suggested solutions I have for the issues are:
We should have guidelines in place to prevent staff from connecting electronics devices to our network.
Credit card handling- we should complete one transaction at a time and then move the customer to the waiting area.
Shared computers should have a stronger password system and should wipe after each person logs out.
Cross-training should be implemented as well to cover the staff in case of an absence. Maria, addressing these issues is important for the continued success of All Washed Up. By implementing the suggested solutions, it will enhance customer trust, security,
