After log-in, select Available Patients or My Patients a. Available Patients are the patients in your Units b. My Patients is a tool that can be used to just select the patients you are caring for
2. Select Patient and Highlight, then select the Remove 3. Choose the medication that you would like to remove, this will bring to the right side of the screen 4. Select Remove Med; the drawer will not open and you will have access to the medication Override Removal 1. Select the patient which requires an override removal do to urgent care needs by following steps 1&2 above 2. Select Override
3. You must type in the first 3 letters of the generic or brand name to remove the medication 5. Choose the medication that you would like to remove, this will bring to the right side of the screen

6. Choose Remove Med Wasting and Returning Medications 1. Select the patient which requires their medication to be wasted by following steps 1&2 above 2. Select Waste for partially used controlled substances or Return for unused/unopened meds
3. Select the desired medications that needs to be wasted which will bring to the right side of the page 4. Select Waste which and follow the prompts
