1) Keeping the class exercise in mind, do the following: Take any product, system, or service you use daily, like iPhone, Fitbit, MBTA, Amazon, Google, Reddit, News Website, etc. Explain what user experience aspects of that product you liked! Then, list what significant improvements you would suggest! Ans. Product taken: iPhone User experience aspects of the product that I liked are the following: Highly responsive touchscreen: The iPhone is known for many things but one thing that it extremely impresses me is how highly responsive the touchscreen is, which makes navigation and interaction with the apps easier, it is very accurate and smooth, improving the user experience as a whole. Face ID: The Face ID and Touch ID, two of Apple's biometric authentication techniques, offer a safe and practical way to unlock the device and approve transactions. Constant upgrades: Apple regularly upgrades its software, optimizing efficiency, strengthening security, and introducing new capabilities. This makes sure that older version of devices stays functional and relevant. Design: The iPhone has a great design physically that is both intuitive and aesthetic. A seamless user experience is created through the integration of the hardware and software. Improvements that I would suggest: Affordability and reducing repair costs: The availability of iPhones to a wider range of users will increase accessibility with the release of more affordable iPhone models that keep critical features. The cost of repairs may be pretty significant, so making it simpler and more economical to fix iPhones would also be a nice upgrade. Customization Options: While iPhones are known for their simplicity, some users may appreciate more customization options, such as themes, widgets, or the ability to change default apps. Increased Durability: It would be a huge improvement to make iPhone displays and bodies more resistant to harm from drops or collisions. Better Battery life: iPhones have a reputation of drastic reduction in battery health with constant use, Longer battery life would be a huge benefit, especially for heavier users. Enhanced Privacy control: Apple is undoubtedly known for its privacy options, improving it even more keeping in mind the 3 rd party apps that are installed in the device, improvements can be made to ensure more trust and security for the user.
