Innovation Capability (SUCCESSES ) This is anything that that organization knows about, transfers information about or collaborates to get innovation done (in relation to online retail ) It is any innovation ideas, action or partnerships that the company does It can lead to advancement in the area of online retail of the company Could be new products sold online , could be the way to sell online , could be a change to ecommerce sites Or anything related to online business activities Anything that can happen to the organization’s online business activities that can help it advance, gain market shares or gain profits
Innovation Blockage (FAILURES ) - This is the opposite of innovation capability - This is where the company fails, makes mistakes, loses market shares, angers customers, losses to the competition, loses a partnership with some other people or customers, does not know how to use something properly - This is the result of mistakes that the company makes - This results In lack of innovation or a failure - When you make mistakes, then you cannot succeed therefore, there is innovation blockage - It is a sign that the company is doing something not right. Organizational knowledge - Anything that the company knows, learns of , does research and development on - Anything that it finds out from market research, from customers, from the competition, from employees, from social media, from governments, or any other source of information - Anything that your company knows about , from any source, from its business environment - Either internally or externally - It is information that is provided from any stakeholder of the company Knowledge transfer - Any knowledge that enters the company
