This is the information that you have been given: Spreadsheet 1: Mr Son Kim Using the data provided in Spreadsheet 1: Enter a formulae that will display the total marks for each student. Enter a formula that will display the average mark for each assessment and an average mark for the total. Create a bar chart that shows the total marks for each student. Spreadsheet 2: Sonia Worthington Using the data provided in Spreadsheet 2: Enter a formula to work out the average result for each student for each event. Enter a formula to display the highest result out of each event for each student. You must ensure that each cell is formatted two show 2 decimal places. Using the State average provided, create a chart to show the comparison of each students result in each event. Spreadsheet 3: Miss Sara Jeffrey Using the data provided in Spreadsheet 3: You will need to make some comparisons for students attending camp for each year group. Firstly enter the following data into the worksheet: Year 7 51 students 48 attended camp. Year 8 101 students 93 attended camp. Year 9 150 students 85 attended camp. Year 10 125 students 121 attended camp. Use a formula to work out the percentage of students that attended camp. Use an appropriate chart to represent the data. Spreadsheet 4: Kaye Wilder Using the data provided in Spreadsheet 4: Use a formula that will display the highest mark in the class for each assessment. Use a formula that will work out a percentage of the student’s total mark for the two assessments. Use a formula that will display the highest percentage mark in the class. Create a chart to show the total percentage marks for the class.
You are required to produce four spreadsheets in total.
This task needs to be completed within the timeframes allocated by your supervisor.

The spreadsheets will need to be emailed to each teacher upon completion and a copy kept for your records.
The presentation format must follow the Style guide for spreadsheet document production.
Blue Lotus College Page 3 Organisational guidelines As per the organisational requirements of King Edward VII College, you will be required to select and use the most appropriate resources suited to the task requirement. The presentation format and design should meet the school’s requirements for:

file management procedures. You must also utilise help functions available to support the production of documents. All spreadsheets must be emailed and not printed. Ensure that you read the following organisational guidelines provided that relate to producing workplace documents. Style guide for spreadsheet document production General presentation requirements are as follows:
Standard font is: Black Arial 10 pt. Standard college colours are dark blue and green.
Use portrait page layout format.
Layout data in an easy-to-read format, use formatting styles to support presentation.
The name of the college should be included in a footer along with page numbers. Footers must be in size 8, italic.
Use border styles to differentiate data.
Distinguish headings from data using formatting tools.
Charts must be correctly labelled and presented on the same worksheet as the data. The formatting must follow the standard college colours. The chart must accurately represent the dataset.
Rename each worksheet with a relevant and appropriate sheet name.
No figures are to be used in formulae only cell references. File management procedures
Spreadsheet workbooks must be given a relevant and appropriate file name.
All spreadsheets must be saved in an appropriately named folder.
For each version of spreadsheets saved, including the final version, include the version number within the file name. For example: Student Marks V1.xls.
