Make a PowerPoint presentation with voice-over not to exceed seven slides, an introductory slide, two slides outlining the RFP, and one slide per question. A final listing of activities will be created based on the results of all teams. . For this last exercise each team is to prepare a PowerPoint presentation with a voice-over of not more than 10 slides and no more than 6-minutes in length. Part 1 (Chapter 4) of the project was the development of a list of activities. Since the class came to a consensus on these activities, each team began Part 2 (Chapter 5) with the same activity list. Thus the first part of the presentation will be a summary of what your team did in
Parts 2 (Chapter 5), 3 (Chapter 6), 4 (Chapter 7), and 5 (Chapter 8). The second part of the presentation is based on the assumption that it is now September 30, 2021. Now address the following: (1) determine actual cost by period expended thru September 30 (2) prepare a CAC curve to add to the CBC graph from Part 4 (3) add a CEV curve to the CBC and CAC (4) the CPI, the CV, and the FCAC (5) if the FCAC exceeds the total budget cost (TBC) what suggestions might you have to reduce the cost of any in-
progress activities. Your presentation will be posted on Canvas to be viewed by all teams. Teams can submit their
results in the assignment folder on Canvas (Assignments – MRC Part 6).
