Question-1. Operations Task Analysis The following diagram shows the expense approval process in ABC company. Answer the following questions. (20 points) a) We learned traditional IE charts and diagrams. What is the name of this chart? (3 points) This is a flowchart. it contains decision making shapes. b) Suppose there is a problem in the validation of the payment. Conduct a hypothetical five whys analysis and construct a fishbone chart below. You can draw a fishbone chart by hand and paste it. You should generate at least eight potential root causes with at least three levels of depth (8 points). c) Circle each leaf with a different color in the fishbone chart by categorizing possible root causes (i.e., leaves in the fishbone chart) into the following three categories. (6 points)  Category A: You can execute it or solve it immediately. ( Blue ).  Category B: You need an investigation with a 3-6 month project ( Green ).  Category C: You cannot solve it due to time or monetary resource constraints.
