It highlights the fact that expulsions are not solely caused by student misbehavior, but rather can be a result of multiple factors such as stress levels experienced by the student, their family, and teachers. By recognizing the role of stress in causing expulsions, individuals can work towards finding solutions that address the underlying issues rather than simply punishing the students.
