Introduction
As a certified public accountant who is working with a small bakery, I was able to
prepare the accounting principles to follow up and record the business transactions for the 3
month period in the fiscal year has been prepared step by step to demonstrate the preparation of
the bakery. In business there are various aspects that plays a part of the development of a
company.
Financial Statement Analysis
An analysis of the financial performance of the company based on the statements I’ve
prepared, is listed below to illustrate the company’s cash, net income, current liabilities and
assets.
The company’s cash position is $51,436.75 after adjusting the trial balance. The net
income of the company is 32,124.07. the current Assets are 64,962.40 and current liabilities are
7,630. What the company’s financial position and performance indicates is that it is making
profitable sales. Therefore, it is an improving company.
