Pan National Real Estate Company 2 Introduction Using the data provided in the Real Estate Data Spreadsheet, I have compiled the following report to analyze housing prices regarding square footage. Representative Data Sample For my random sample, I have chosen 30 areas from the Mountain Region, specifically Kootenai, ID- Carson City, NV, or cells 735-755. Mean: 1,978 Median: 1,953 Standard Deviation: 249 Data Analysis Since the region I chose was “mountain” from various states around the country instead of one specific state, we can safely assume this is a random sample, which compares to the mean and median of the national market but does not align with the Standard Deviation.
