For educators and students alike, technology is a fantastic resource (Slavin, 2018).When utilized effectively, the abundance of data accessible in the digital realm may propel education forward to unprecedented heights. Students can access practically everything with only a few fast clicks. Research has never been simpler, and student projects and activities now provide a diverse and extensive presentation of data (Slavin, 2018). More than ever, educators are utilizing technology in the classroom. On standardized assessments, children who utilize technology frequently perform as predicted; nevertheless, if technology is used inappropriately, it can be harmful to pupils (Schiavoni et al., 2017). Teachers should be mindful of any possible drawbacks that technology may have when incorporating it into the educational process. The relationship between the actual and mathematical worlds is demonstrated with manipulatives. Children may focus more clearly and strengthen their sensory abilities when they use tangible learning materials and pay attention to their teachers' instructions. Little ones utilize form manipulatives and gradually learn via sensory learning that shapes fit into slots. These manipulatives use movement and touch to arouse the child's senses. I believe that manipulatives should never be overused as they not only aid in arithmetic learning but also in the development of fine motor abilities in young people. Technology is passive nowadays, so what our district is doing to let the children check out computers if they are getting homework that really needs to use the technology such as teacher assigned lessons on I- Ready. On the other hand, teachers are being mindful of those students who do not have access to technology by providing alternate homework.
