each aspect of your collaboration and project activities then fill out the fields with specific
detail. 1. PROJECT OVERVIEW Describe your project by filling out the fields below. Project Title: Due Date
Project title: Creating a Communication Strategy for Save the Children
Canada.
Project Objectives: (What is your goal?) Project objectives: our goal is to build a strong communication plan to help spread messages to the public for Save the Children Canada
Project Rationale (Why have you chosen this topic?) Project Rationale: Regarding communication, charities need assistance to ensure the well-being of the children under their care. We selected this subject because it raises public awareness of the challenges that children in Canada and around the world face, as well as the project that the organization is doing to address these challenges. Good Communication helps the public understand certain issues and encourages support for the
futures of children.
Project Deliverables: (
what will your team create?): Project deliverables: a communication plan that can use social media to spread a message and advertise to donors, stakeholders, and other partners to help build a stronger relationship.

which you must learn to resolve, you may fire a team member if he/she does not attend
meetings or does not complete the work assigned by the group. Document the situation:
keep copies of email/chat communications. You will also have to provide the team member with a chance to meet with the team and to do the work required. To do this, send an email to him/her explaining the action required within a reasonable timeframe. Send a copy of the email to your professor. If the team member does not do the work or attend the meeting, send a follow-up email firing the group member (send a copy to your professor). Students fired from a group must follow up with the professor. Consider conflict resolution/decision-making process, honesty/integrity, roles, responsibilities, time restrictions, etc. How will your team deal with routine team challenges? Be specific.
Agreements for handling team challenges 1. If a group member misses the regular group meeting without an excuse for the first time, there will be a warning message in WhatsApp.
2. If a group member misses the regular group meeting without an excuse for a second time, there will be a warning e-mail
3. If a group member misses the regular group meeting without an excuse for the third time, the group member will be fired and reported to the Professor.
