I think they are very prepared. They have a team prepared, and equipment ready to handle the storm. They also have a timeline for how long it will take to
add the equipment into the operation.

They were preparing for a snow in the middle of summer. They were already planning for a disaster well before the situation came up. They have equipment and personnel on hand and ready for this, even before it happens.
