Customers purchasing items from within the store. The people were wearing very similar types of clothing material wise and style Workers and customers alike communicating in the same language The age of the customers for the most part seemed to be older, in the range of early 40's and up Definitely an example of balanced reciprocity Kinship and Intensive agriculture I lean toward this concept because of the similar clothing for one, but living in this area and having had family born and raised near by the people in this part of the country tend not to move far away. It is a very rural farm community with most of the long term residents engaging in farming, with the raising of crops and animals equally. Language Within the store there was no observation of any other language other than English. There were people of what appears to be Hispanic orgin within the store but no use of a different language was observed. The community has had an influx Hispanic people in the past few years but not to any significant amount. Customers seemed very happy with the price and quality of the good within the store. No one was observed to be unhappy with a price or lack of items that were available. The store is known for having a wide variety of goods and caters to the rural farming market.
